Program Settings - Self Enrolment Tab

Add your program to your Academy catalogue.

This screenshot shows the 'self enrolment' tab of the program settings for a program. This screen is found in the program overview section of the left menu.

If you have enabled the Academy Catalogue, then in this tab you can:

  • Toggle between Direct Enrolment or Application Only - read more about Application programs here. If your program is an Application Only program, additional settings will display on the Self-Enrolment tab which allow you to:
    • Select the applicable application form
    • Allow either applicant or reviewers or both to edit submitted applications while they are still pending
    • Send an email nudge to applicants who have started an application but have not submitted it X number of days before the application close date.
    • Specify the roles and/or individual users who have permission to review and process applications.
  • Set a last enrolment date - participants/learners will no longer be able to enrol themselves via the Catalogue or via a Pathway after this date. Program Coordinators can still add learners manually after this date.
  • Enable a direct link for users to register - the direct link allows users to bypass the catalogue listing page and go directly to the purchase page.
  • Attach your program to the relevant Catalogue Listing
  • Display program sessions in the catalogue
  • Choose which Facilitators to display for this program in the catalogue
  • Promote the learning program on the catalogue - if enabled, the program will appear in the rotating carousel on the catalogue home screen. Use the “reason” to add a promotional flag eg. “Filling Fast”, “New”, or “Closing Soon”. Programs will automatically disappear from the home screen carousel after their “Enrolment Close” date.
