Each program has a Dashboard that includes reports on:

  • Learning progress
  • Digital Experience Analytics
  • Diagnostic Progress
  • Diagnostic Analysis
  • Assessment
  • Dietary Requirements

A dashboard report will only be visible in the course if there is relevant data available to report on.

Learning Progress Report

The Learning Progress Report shows the status of all activities in your program for all participants:

Digital Experience Analytics Report

The Digital Experience Analytics Report is an in-depth report showing activity, progress and question responses within a module/experience imported from Guroo Pro.

You can choose to view digital experiences either by specific course Pages or by the Digital Experience name.

The Digital Experience Analytics Report has two main tabs which identify learner Progress and learner Capability. Each tab has additional breakdowns. Please refer to the below table to outline each of the views.

Progress: Program Overview

This dashboard displays the overall progress for the learners within a Guroo Pro experience. The donut chart indicates the number of people in each status:

  • grey numbers = not started
  • yellow numbers = in progress
  • green numbers = complete

Learner Activity

This bar chart illustrates the number of learner commencements and completions over time, providing a clear view of participation trends by date.

Progress: Screen Progress

Additionally, the dashboard displays:

  • The total number of responses for each question.
  • A success rate widget, offering a clear comparison between correct and incorrect responses.

This data helps identify areas where learners may need additional support or clarification.

Capability: Common Misconceptions Similar to the above, this dashboard flags questions where 25% or more of participants select the same incorrect option, helping you pinpoint areas that need clearer explanations.
